Key highlights:
The ADA price is starting to look stronger after moving from around $0.25 to $0.27.
The ADA price is starting to look stronger after moving from around $0.25 to $0.27.
That makes the $0.14-$0.19 area important for the bigger picture. It is the accumulation zone identified on the weekly chart, but ADA would need to maintain a much higher price structure for the $3.10 scenario to develop.
The market cap data gives us another way to measure the recovery. Cardano’s market cap has moved from about $9.15 billion to $9.73 billion across the observed period. The ADA price moved from roughly $0.25 to $0.27 over the same period.
The two metrics are therefore moving in the same direction. A continued rise in market cap alongside the ADA price would provide more confirmation that demand is supporting the recovery. The $9.15 billion area is worth watching on the downside. A move below that level could weaken the current recovery and put the $0.25 and $0.24 price levels under pressure.
TheCryptoBasic reported comments from Charles Hoskinson in which he pointed to RealFi going live on Cardano mainnet, Midnight launching in March and Pogun moving forward. The Pogun proposal did not receive the requested 12.29 million ADA treasury allocation in September, so that part of the ecosystem story has faced a setback.
Hoskinson also pointed to USDCx and Pyth going live on Cardano, LayerZero rolling out and Fireblocks planning full support for Cardano Native Tokens. Midnight has also become part of the wider Cardano discussion.
Hoskinson pushed back against criticism over Midnight launching separately, noting that NIGHT was issued on Cardano. These developments do not guarantee a higher ADA price. The more useful question is whether they bring more users, liquidity, applications and activity to the network.
The ADA price has a bullish setup, but the RSI readings show that the latest move is getting stretched. The immediate bullish case is simple: ADA needs to break $0.2868 and then clear $0.3172. If that happens, $0.4878 and $0.6815 become the next major levels.
If the price pulls back, $0.2622 is the first support to watch, followed by $0.2460 and $0.2376. The daily SMA 100 at $0.1971 is the bigger support level sitting underneath the current recovery. The longer-term chart points to $1.0475, $1.2614, and eventually the $3.10 area. But those targets depend on ADA clearing each resistance level along the way.
For now, the ADA price is at an important point. A move above $0.2868 would put $0.3172 within reach, and a clean break above $0.3172 would give the recovery a much stronger technical foundation. CoinCodex’s 1-month ADA price forecast puts the price at $0.2307, so analysts expect the price to trade below current levels over the coming weeks.
